What We Offer

Technical Track

You'll dive deep into actual client projects, working alongside senior engineers to contribute to codebases in our core stacks.

  • Focus Areas: Full Stack Development (PHP/Node.js/React), DevOps (AWS, Docker), Data Engineering (SQL, ETL).
  • Required Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, PHP), understanding of Git, and basic knowledge of relational databases.

Non-Technical Track

You'll gain crucial experience in product lifecycle, communication, and business process analysis.

  • Focus Areas: Technical Project Management, UX/UI Design Research, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Required Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with Agile principles.

Our 4-Step Application Journey

  1. 1

    Step 1: Submission & Initial Screening

    Submit your detailed application (form below or email) including your resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts. Our HR team conducts an initial screen focusing on academic standing, communication skills, and expressed interest.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Technical/Aptitude Assessment

    Candidates who pass Step 1 are given an assessment. **Technical track** candidates receive a short take-home coding challenge. **Non-technical track** candidates complete a logical aptitude and case study analysis assessment.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Interview with Mentors

    Successful candidates proceed to a final interview with two senior team members who would serve as your primary mentors. This focuses on problem-solving approach, cultural fit, and enthusiasm for learning.

  4. 4

    Step 4: Offer and Onboarding

    A formal offer letter is issued. We then begin the onboarding process, assigning your projects, setting up your development environment, and welcoming you to the Savant team!
